In 2018 we started our operational work in the UK through our pilot Navigator Programme. The programme is now expanding and at the start of 2021, our specialist team are now embedded across five police and border forces, spanning the country.
Our Navigators are given unparalleled access to cases, with the highest security clearance, to provide specialist knowledge from the very start of investigations and provide support to victims. Our Navigators help bridge the gap between victims and the criminal justice system.
“It is a privilege to be able to support a victim to rebuild their lives.”
– Victim Navigator, Metropolitan Police
Over the next year, we have exciting plans for Europe, including the recent launch of our new Justice and Care office in Romania. We are excited about the opportunities our Romanian team will provide in the fight against human trafficking. Romania is often a source country for victims of human trafficking, who end up exploited in other parts of Europe, the UK and right across the world.
